IDEAL CANDIDATE

Existing business owners who sell training, other reward solutions or consulting services and who want to expand their value to their clients by selling reward solutions which change behavior and improve business results.

LOCATION

Nationwide - can work from home (office located in Chicago)

COMPANY / POSITION

A key performance improvement and employee engagement company is seeking aggressive sales representatives who have an entrepreneurial drive for success. These representatives would develop and sell reward and recognition programs consisting of merchandise rewards and a client-managed web program management system.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Sales experience in selling reward and recognition programs

Strong communication skills

Self-starter who can see opportunities and show value to a client

Successful working remotely

High ethical standards

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will act as a strategic consultant, leveraging your experience in business development to create strong client relationships and sell reward and recognition solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Five years experience selling reward and recognition programs to clients. Professional and strong presentation skills identifying client needs, selling solutions and developing client relationships. Merchandise reward and client-managed system solution experience is a plus.
