RESPONSIBILITIES:
In the role of Performance Systems and IT Manager, you will work closely with a team of professionals who develop systems that measure and report on incentive marketing campaigns. The applications that you assist with or develop will require data analysis skills and translating that knowledge to customized database marketing applications. This position will also develop and support internal business applications that will assist us in the delivery of unsurpassed customer service and quality to our clients.
In conjunction with client applications this position will work with sales on new opportunities, presentations, and project quoting. IT budgeting for corporate IT needs including vendor selection, budgeting, maintenance and systems performance standards compliance.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Five or more years experience in managing a team of IT professionals, including recruiting and training of personnel
· Demonstrated history in understanding software lifecycle and quick deployment of applications
· Three or more years of heavy MS Access application development utilizing ODBC connections to the SQL Server
· Strong background with SQL administration as well as development of reporting services, T-SQLdevelopment of stored procedures, functions and triggers, and adhoc queries, web services, HTML, XML, Classic ASP, Javascript, vbscript, MS Visual Studio 2003/2005, C# specifically
· Experience with Lawson, flash, Excel macros and mobile marketing would be beneficial
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Must possess communication skills that can translate customer needs to technical requirements
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in an energetic, fast paced environment
· Hard-working, disciplined self-starter who needs a minimum of direction and enjoys working in a team environment
· Experience in telecommunications, data communications and Internet based systems design and maintenance
· Manage relationships with software and hardware providers
· Incentive program or marketing systems experience preferred
· BS in Computer Science or similar degree
