In order to maintain our position as a leader in the incentive marketing industry, we are seeking individuals who will play an integral role in the promotion and sales of performance improvement programs by developing and servicing both new and existing client accounts. As an Account Executive with Motivation Excellence, you will be working with the best team of individuals in the industry.
Responsibilities:
· The primary responsibility is to continuously and aggressively identify and cold call the senior management level executives of valid prospects to sell the MEI incentive and marketing services. Open doors to and build relationships with prospects via effective and on-going verbal and written communication.
· Research the business, culture, audience and issues of potential and existing clients for issues for which MEI can develop solutions. Design programs that not only resolve these issues but also provide positive financial results at an attractive ROI.
· Develop Beyond Selling Value presentations to obtain commitment from our clients.
· Build and maintain sufficient sales and profit volume to meet annual post-profit goals.
· Work with internal staff to create unique and highly effective performance improvement programs as well as to ensure the successful launch and operation of client programs.
· Continually develop/expand existing client relationships to identify on-going opportunities.
Required Skills:
· 10-15 years industry sales/development experience, or in the area of selling consultative/professional services solutions.
· BA/BS in business, marketing preferred. MBA highly desirable.
· Proven track record building and developing strong client relationships into long-term, loyal customers.
