At Motivation Excellence, we get to know each other pretty well. Many people tend to stick around for a long time once they get here. Whether someone has been here less than a year or more than 20 years, they become part of our family.
Michelle, our Merchandise Buyer, has been with us for 22 years! She shares what she loves about working at Motivation Excellence, her favorite memory of a client interaction, and how her dog makes her laugh.
What’s something special about working at ME that you’d like to share?
The people! Everyone helps out when needed, just like your family, they have your back.
Have a special story about a client interaction that you still smile about?
Working with a participant to secure an engagement ring for his girlfriend and then helping him plan a small getaway to propose.
What motivates you to accomplish things in your life (work or personal)?
The knowledge that my life could have been much different. Because of my faith and my family I’m here to live another day. So, my motivation is to live the best life I know how – at work and at home.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Spending time with family and friends, volunteering, crafting.
One thing that always makes you laugh is?
Watching my youngest dog watch television – he’s mesmerized.
