Getting it RITE2 with Allison Stewart
At Motivation Excellence, our core values are Respect, Integrity, Trust and Exceeding Expectations. When one of our colleagues exemplifies those core values, we like to acknowledge it publicly. We recently had two people nominate the same coworker for special recognition. Congratulations Allison Stewart!
Ed Wojtaszek and Joe Reise work in two different departments, but both share a long tenure at Motivation Excellence: more than 25 years each. So, it’s safe to say, they have worked with a large group of people over the years and one in particular is standing out.
“In just under two years, Allison has demonstrated exceptional dedication to her work and brings an infectious, positive attitude to everything she does,” exudes Ed. “She has successfully handled tasks across multiple departments and played a key role on several company committees and special events teams.”
Ed adds how Allison is quick to volunteer and when it comes to areas like recycling and sustainability, she quietly leads by example.
Joe concurs, adding that she exhibits an “above and beyond” work ethic, collaborates on projects across departments and continues to assist on streamlining processes, which is always a big undertaking.
Allison says she’s very flattered by Joe and Ed’s comments and being nominated for the RITE2 award by her peers.
“It’s meaningful because I look up to Ed and Joe since they’ve been with Motivation Excellence for such a long time and have broad industry experience,” explains Allison. “I wasn’t expecting this at all. Quite a nice surprise!”
Our RITE2 award includes a certificate and monetary reward. Allison says she plans to use the latter to help purchase an in-house food recycler to help limit her family’s impact on food waste in landfills. Sounds like an amazing way to keep leading by example. 😊
